Founded by Carrie Myers, RN, BSN, Carrie Cares LLC is built on more than 30 years of healthcare and home care experience. Carrie has dedicated her career to helping individuals receive quality care while understanding the systems and services available to them.

Throughout her career, Carrie has served in leadership, quality assurance, case management, and nursing assessment roles across Western New York’s healthcare and home care communities. Her experience includes conducting UAS assessments, managing interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring compliance with New York State Department of Health and CMS regulations, supporting patients and families through transitions of care, and educating healthcare staff.

Carrie’s background includes extensive experience with home care services, Medicaid populations, care coordination, and healthcare system navigation. She understands firsthand how confusing healthcare processes can be for patients, aging adults, and caregivers. Through Carrie Cares LLC, she provides personalized support to help clients better understand their options, ask the right questions, and feel empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
